Starting from vineyards with organic certification in which the use of herbicides or fungicides is restricted, we make these 3 wines with Tempranillo, Airén and Macabeo grapes that also have PGI Tierra de Castilla. In addition to all this, the best ripening time for the grapes is chosen, which is usually late.
